Laser cutting
Fiber laser, sheets up to 1500 × 3000 mm. Carbon steel up to 15 mm, stainless steel up to 10 mm. No aluminium or copper.
Design for manufacturing (DFM)
I review your drawing before production and help make the part easier and cheaper to make: hole sizes, bend radii, tolerances, material use.
Bending
Cut parts are bent to their final shape, so you receive a ready-to-use part, not a flat blank.
Machining
Secondary machining of parts according to your drawing.
Materials
- Carbon steel: mainly S355, suitable for subsequent hot-dip galvanizing. Up to 15 mm.
- Wear-resistant steel (Raex, Hardox and others): on request.
- Stainless steel: mainly AISI 304 in stock, cutting up to 10 mm. Not suitable for parts with a decorative finish (brushed, polished).
- Not cut: galvanized sheet, aluminium or copper.
- Customer-supplied material: possible, but cut quality cannot be guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions
Do you cut single parts?
Yes. Every job needs setup, so a minimum order price applies.
What files do you need?
DXF or DWG preferred. For simple parts a PDF drawing is fine: send it and I will tell you if it is enough.
I don’t have a drawing, only a part or an idea.
Send a sketch or photo with dimensions. It is far more accurate than a description over the phone. I can also measure and redraw an existing part, but to be honest: sometimes buying a new spare part is cheaper than reverse-engineering it. Feel free to ask anyway, I reply quickly.
Can I bring a cardboard template?
Yes, cardboard templates are welcome, but the important dimensions must be marked on them. Turning a template into a cutting file takes time, and often what makes the part expensive is following a curve exactly that does not actually matter.
How fast can I get the parts?
It depends on the quantity. For rush orders I aim to cut within 24 hours of confirming the order.
Are edges deburred?
Parts are delivered as cut, without edge finishing. Post-processing, bending and painting can be arranged at extra cost. Galvanizing is not handled.
Do you ship?
Not at the moment. Pickup in Rimmu, or delivery agreed otherwise.
Do you work with private customers?
Yes, both companies and private customers.
